Cancelling Your Order

Please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order to request cancellation. Please note that a 3% cancelling fee will be deducted from your purchase. If your order has been shipped, the shipping cost will not be refunded. If we are unable to redirect the items during transportation, you may also have to bear the inconvenience and expense of having to receive the items and return them.

Note: Custom and personalized merchandise cannot be canceled. Out of stock items that have not been shipped can be canceled without any problem!

Returning your Item

If your product is eligible for return (see below), you must request it within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product. All items will be checked upon return. Contact us via email to start the return process. Please note that a 3% processing fee will be deducted from your refunded amount.

If the item is damaged during transportation, our team will evaluate and refund the appropriate amount based on its condition. The damage fee will start at 25% of the purchase price. Please note that if the item is deemed insurmountable, we may not be able to provide any refunds.

Please note: We currently do not provide return shipping labels, and shipping costs are non-refundable. The return shipping fee is your responsibility.

Please do not ship items to our store without prior approval, as we need to review and indicate the appropriate facility to which the items should be delivered.

Due to cost, space and sustainability reasons, we do not accept returns of all products.

Product Eligible for Return:

  • Decor

  • Plug-in Lighting

  • Mid-size furniture (lamps, poufs, ottomans, small rugs, and items under 20lbs)

Product Ineligible for Return:

  • Custom or made to order items, including art and furniture

  • Large furniture (armchairs, sideboards, sofas, cabinets, dining tables, beds and any other items over 20lbs)

  • Bedding, towels, and bath products (for sanitary reasons)

  • Hardwired lighting

  • Final sale items or floor model

  • Items damaged by normal use, such as exposure to sunlight, humidity, or other natural factors

  • Gift Card

Return Policy

After all items are received and verified, they will be refunded in the form of the original offer and displayed in your account within 5-10 business days
